Mission: Providing a warm welcome, connecting you to resources and the people that make up the Ranch Church.
Welcome Team:
- the greeter welcomes regular members and visitors with a smile, hug or handshake as they arrive in the doors. They are to make all feel they are at home and welcomed.
Ushers Team:
- the ministry of ushering is a vital part of any church ministry. Ushers represent the church in a very visible way, and help set the tone in preparation for the worship service, as well as assist with the smooth operation within the service. They are responsible for seating guests and maintaining the order and security of services.
“The Porch” Team:
- the members of The Porch are to help provide direction to church activities and resources. They should welcome new guests and direct them to the Hospitality Coordinator.
Refreshment Team:
- the members of the Refreshment team provide coffee and refreshments before and after Sunday service.

Team Leader: Lorri Carleton
Mission: Men’s Food Fellowship is a group of our Men’s Ministry who come together the first of the month to provide a meal for the entire congregation. Their mission is simple: to provide a time and place for the entire congregation to fellowship and break bread together.
“And they devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and the prayers.” Acts 2:42
Team Leader: Jeff Clay
Mission: The Production Team is comprised of various elements from Sound, Lighting, Social Media, Web site design, App design, Audio and Video to reach The Ranch Church family by delivering the Word and worship through camera, lighting and sound elements as well as social media.
Media Team:
- provides media presentation for lyrics and event presentations.
Video/Audio Team:
- provides video and audio services for sermons and teaching events. This includes the recording and editing of the events and placing them on website and Applications.
Social Media Team:
- provides support to social media sites including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram for services and events.
Website and App Design Team:
- provides platforms for distribution of information to the community.
Team Leader: Casey Corum
Mission: Provide a safe and secure environment whereby the congregation can worship without distractions and to ensure a safe environment for Kid’s Ministry as a primary focus.
Security Team:
- Perform security walk around before and during service.
- Coordinate with Ushers/Greeters in identifying any potential security issues.
- Secure the Children’s Ministry area to provide a safe environment for teaching.
Safety Team:
- Trained in emergency procedures.
- Be available to address emergency needs.
- Contact appropriate emergency services as needed.

Mission: Each week, being a mobile church, the team strives to ensure that the church is built to meet the needs of the congregation. To create a welcoming environment for all.
“In whom the whole structure, being joined together, grows into a holy temple in the Lord. In him you also are being built together into a dwelling place for God by the Spirit.” Ephesians 2:21-22

Mission: Ranch Church Worship exists to run after and seek the heart of God. As a team of musicians and lovers of Christ, our desire is to express who God is and who we are in Him through the music we play and through the community we foster. Our greatest desire when we come together, is to create an environment where people everywhere, no matter what season they are in, can encounter the true love, sovereignty, power, and hope that comes from Salvation in Christ and in His presence. Together we offer our giftings, our creativity, and our genuine love for Jesus as a true heart-felt musical expression to glorify the Name of Jesus.
