What we believe

We desire, as zealous followers of our Lord Jesus Christ, to possess His love and to have a deep, rich fellowship with God, as well as with our brothers and sisters in Christ. To those who stand outside our fellowship, or are not yet in the mighty Kingdom of Christ, we pledge to you our love and our lives, as well. For if we as His Church cannot do this, then we have no right or privilege to call ourselves Christians.

We believe the Bible to be the Word of God, holy and inspired—without error (inerrant) and the sole authority of what is ultimately true, beautiful, and wonderful. -II Timothy 3:15-17, II Peter 1:21

We believe there is one God eternally existing in three persons: the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

-Genesis 1:1, Deuteronomy 6:4, Matthew 28:19, John 1:1, 10:30

We believe in the deity of Jesus Christ; in His Virgin Birth; in His miraculous life; in His miracle working power; in His vicarious atoning death through the shedding of His blood; in His bodily resurrection; in His ascension to the right hand of the Father; and in His personal return in power and glory.

- John 10:33, Isaiah 7:14, Matthew 1:23, Luke 1:34-35, Hebrews 4:15, 7:26, John 2:11, I Corinthians 15:3, Ephesians 1:7, Hebrews 2:9, John 11:25, I Corinthians 15:4, Mark 16:19, Acts 1:11, Revelation 19:11-13, 14-16

We believe in the necessity of being saved by the Holy Spirit because sin has made our human nature utterly sinful. Repentance from sin and application of the finished work of Jesus Christ is the only permissible way to enter into a relationship with God. This is because Jesus paid the penalty of our sin by willing shedding His blood on the cross. Our salvation is through faith in Him, and by His grace alone.

-John 3:16-19, 5:24, Romans 3:23, 5:8-9, Ephesians 2:8-10, Titus 3:5

We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, by whose indwelling and filling the Christian is enabled to live a godly and pure life. We further believe His power and gifts are available to believers today. -Romans 8:13-14, I Corinthians 3:6, 19-20, Ephesians 4:30, 5:18

We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost; those who are saved unto the resurrection of life, and those who are lost unto the resurrection of damnation. -John 3:28-29

We believe that Christ has set our hearts free to worship God, experience His pleasure, and to live in wonderful unity with fellow servants of God. -Galatians 5:1, Philippians 1:8-10, 21, John 17

What to expect

Sometimes showing up to church is intimidating. We strive to make sure you feel at home while at The Ranch Church. We hope the following information will help ease the tension and allow you to preview a normal Sunday. Scroll down and review some of these helpful questions.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

There is no official dress code. Most people dress casual often in denim jeans or similar. Unless there is a special occasion like a baptism or wedding you rarely see a sport coat or tie. Women will sometimes wear dresses but usually casual with a style that is modest. We are much more concerned about what’s going on inside of a person, than what clothes they wear on the outside. Our pastors are usually in jeans. Feel free to come as you are.

WHAT'S THE MUSIC LIKE?

We don't own a pipe organ. Our live band usually consists of guitars, drums, and keys. We try to sing songs that are deep in meaning, but easy to understand. To hear our typical music from our Sunday Morning Worship Service please click the link below.

DO MY KIDS SIT WITH ME?

When you arrive you drop off your kids to our Children's Ministry Team who directs them to their specific classes. High School Students have "LIFE268" during our 10:30 service only. Our experienced and energetic teachers will help your children & students learn about God in a relevant way, as well as offer fun experiences that will help the teaching come alive in their hearts.

WILL I BE ASKED TO GIVE MONEY?

If this is your first time with us we want you to keep your wallet in your pocket. Just come and experience a service at The Ranch Church. If you like it and want to call it your church home, then we believe giving to God and His church is part of being a Christ-follower. It is also a principal and act of obedience that God faithfully blesses.

WILL I BE BORED?

We sure hope not. A life connected to Jesus should be fulfilling and rewarding. We strategically plan weekend gatherings to engage your heart, mind and soul. We use music, video, powerful real-life teaching and other experiential elements to help you connect to God in a meaningful way.

WHAT IS THE OVERALL ENVIRONMENT LIKE?

We want to make you feel welcome as you put yourself in a position to connect and have a life changing encounter with God. We provide a loving, non judgemental, real-life casual environment that will set the tone for you to be more focused on God, and less concerned about the atmosphere around you. Our heart is that you feel connected and welcomed into a community of people living to please God.
